Baking in progress…
Chilled the dough for 3 hours only because no2 was very excited. Will see how this batch turns out!

Must record my 2nd batch of salted egg yolk cookies. The sesame seeds def make it better!

Baking baking…these are enormous!

Not too bad! Actually anything tastes good when it's fresh out of the oven.

It's crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside…more m&s than famous amos. I think I might have to flatten my dough because they became little domes rather than a flat disc.

Also because I didn't have the atas chocolate discs and used a mix of choc chips and baking chocolate.

Oh, and if you do try the recipe cut down on the sugar! I halved the white sugar portion.
