Went past the chickens again and they have grown!

Really auntie but going to the wet market is so interesting now! I have yet to conquer the fish section, but I can order beef, pork and chicken better now!

Today while buying beef shin I saw this lady buying steak. No idea what cut it is but I asked her how to cook it and she told me it was really easy so I bought a piece to try. Let's hope I don't mess up later!

All I need to do is heat up the pot and sear both sides for a few mins. That's it. I hope.

Letting my steak come to room temperature…

Yay! After resting it looks pretty good! But are the juices supposed to be seeping out?
