Garlic herb butter with mushrooms! Attempt #2
Don't have snail shells, the escargot plate or even ramkins so heart shape cookie moulds to the rescue!
Also seems super wasteful to heat up the whole oven just for such a small amount so I'm using the toaster oven instead! #homecooking reality…
Actually the mushrooms taste really good on its own. I'm so glad I tried it out if not I would never have bought thyme! Sadly all these AngMoh herbs are so pricey in Sg.
It's ironic. In France I was so happy when I found lemongrass and Pandan leaves, ignoring all the traditional herbs there. The grass is always greener on the other side!
